Welcome to Vegha. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vegha website, dropshipping program, store development services, mentorship, advertising support, automatic order fulfillment, advertising funding, and related services.

By accessing the Vegha website, submitting an application, making a payment, joining the Vegha Dropshipping Program, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. About Vegha

Vegha provides services and resources designed to help individuals build and operate dropshipping businesses. Our services may include product research, product recommendations, ecommerce store development, social media setup, advertising account setup, automatic order fulfillment, mentorship, advertising guidance, business support, and access to advertising funding.

Vegha provides tools, education, technology, and business support. Participation in the program does not guarantee revenue, sales, profit, or business success.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Vegha Dropshipping Program, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide accurate information during the application process.

Vegha may review applications and determine whether an applicant is accepted into the program. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

3. Applying to the Program

Applicants must complete the Vegha application form and provide the information requested, which may include your name, contact information, country, business goals, experience, and available starting budget.

After submitting your application, Vegha may review your information and contact you regarding acceptance and the next steps.

4. The $500 Starting Payment

The standard starting payment for the Vegha Dropshipping Program is $500.

The $500 payment is intended to provide access to the initial services required to begin your dropshipping journey with Vegha.

The payment is allocated as follows:

• $350, representing 70% of the payment, is allocated toward your initial advertising budget.
• $150, representing 30% of the payment, covers Vegha services including store development, setup, mentorship, and related support.

The $350 advertising allocation is part of the original $500 payment and is not an additional fee.

5. Services Provided

Depending on the program and your circumstances, Vegha may provide:

• Trending and potentially high demand product recommendations.
• Product selection guidance.
• Professional dropshipping store development.
• Social media account setup.
• Advertising account setup.
• Automatic order fulfillment technology.
• Personal dropshipping mentorship.
• Weekly mentorship sessions.
• Advertising strategy and management guidance.
• Store management guidance.
• Business growth support.

Services may vary depending on the participant, selected product, business model, advertising market, technical requirements, and other relevant factors.

6. Product Recommendations

Vegha may provide product recommendations based on trends, market information, demand indicators, available data, and our assessment of potential opportunities.

Product recommendations are not guarantees that a product will generate sales or profit. Markets, customer preferences, competition, advertising costs, and product demand can change at any time.

The final decision regarding which product to sell belongs to the participant.

7. Store Development

After a product has been selected, Vegha may develop and configure an ecommerce store around that product.

Store development may include design, product pages, ecommerce configuration, basic integrations, and other setup services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for their store.

8. Automatic Order Fulfillment

Vegha may provide or configure technology that automates the processing and fulfillment of customer orders.

The purpose of automatic fulfillment is to reduce the manual work required to process orders and allow participants to focus more on operating and growing their stores.

Although Vegha will make reasonable efforts to maintain the fulfillment system, technical interruptions, supplier issues, platform failures, payment issues, inventory changes, shipping delays, and other problems may occur.

Participants remain responsible for monitoring their stores, orders, customers, payments, and business operations.

9. Mentorship

Vegha provides mentorship intended to teach participants how to operate and grow their dropshipping businesses.

Mentorship may cover:

• Store management.
• Advertising management.
• Campaign optimization.
• Customer management.
• Order monitoring.
• Business operations.
• Sales analysis.
• Growth and scaling strategies.

Mentorship is educational and advisory in nature and does not guarantee any specific business outcome.

10. Advertising Support

Vegha may provide advertising guidance and support, including campaign strategy, campaign setup, budgeting, optimization, testing, and scaling.

Advertising results depend on numerous factors, including product demand, competition, market conditions, creative quality, audience targeting, advertising platform policies, campaign budget, and customer behavior.

Vegha does not guarantee specific advertising results, sales, revenue, return on advertising spend, or profit.

11. Advertising Funding

Eligible participants may receive additional advertising funding from Vegha to support approved advertising campaigns.

From the initial $500 program payment, $350 is allocated toward advertising. Vegha may provide up to $1,000 in additional advertising funding for eligible participants.

This can provide up to $1,350 in total initial advertising capital, consisting of the participant's $350 advertising allocation and the additional $1,000 provided by Vegha.

As the participant's store grows and demonstrates satisfactory performance, additional advertising funding may become available.

Potential funding levels may include:

Funding is not automatically guaranteed at any level. Vegha may assess store performance, sales activity, advertising performance, compliance, repayment history, business requirements, and other relevant factors before approving additional funding.

12. Advertising Funding Above $25,000

Advertising funding exceeding $25,000 may be subject to a separate agreement between Vegha and the participant.

The separate agreement may establish the amount of funding, repayment requirements, applicable interest or fees, permitted uses, duration, eligibility requirements, and other applicable terms.

13. Advertising Loan Repayment

Advertising funding provided by Vegha may constitute a loan and must be repaid in accordance with the applicable funding terms.

For advertising funding of up to $25,000, a 5% interest charge applies.

Participants may make partial or full payments toward the outstanding balance from profits generated by their store.

There is no fixed repayment date under the standard arrangement. However, participants are expected to make a payment toward the outstanding advertising loan during every profitable month.

Funding above $25,000 may have different repayment and interest terms established in a separate agreement.

14. No Guarantee of Results

Vegha does not guarantee that you will generate a particular amount of revenue or profit.

Vegha does not guarantee that you will:

• Make $10,000 per month.
• Make $50,000 per month.
• Reach $100,000 in sales or profit.
• Recover your initial payment.
• Become profitable within a specific period.
• Receive a specific number of orders.
• Qualify for additional advertising funding.
• Repay your advertising funding within a specific period.

Any income examples, projections, targets, testimonials, case studies, or marketing statements presented by Vegha are illustrative and should not be understood as guarantees of future results.

15. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain secure access to your accounts.
• Monitor your ecommerce store and business activity.
• Follow applicable laws and regulations.
• Follow advertising platform policies.
• Follow ecommerce platform requirements.
• Use advertising funding only for approved purposes.
• Make required loan payments.
• Communicate honestly with Vegha.
• Handle your business responsibilities appropriately.

16. Third Party Services

Vegha may use or integrate third party services to provide parts of the program.

These services may include ecommerce platforms, advertising platforms, payment processors, social media platforms, hosting providers, fulfillment providers, analytics services, applications, and other technology providers.

Third party services operate under their own terms and policies. Vegha cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, functionality, approval, security, or continued operation.

17. Advertising Platform Restrictions

Advertising platforms may reject advertisements, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, change policies, limit spending, or terminate accounts.

Vegha may provide guidance designed to help participants comply with advertising platform requirements but cannot guarantee advertising approval or uninterrupted access to any advertising platform.

18. Payments and Charges

Payments to Vegha must be made using the payment methods made available through our website or by our team.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Vegha reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions where fraud, unauthorized activity, or unlawful activity is suspected.

19. Refunds and Cancellation

The $500 program payment covers services including store development, product research, setup, mentorship, and the advertising allocation included in the program.

Because certain services may begin shortly after payment, including product research, store development, account setup, and mentorship preparation, refund eligibility may depend on whether services have already been provided.

Any applicable refunds will be handled according to Vegha's applicable refund terms and policies.

20. Intellectual Property and Business Ownership

The Vegha dashboard, platform technology, software, systems, internal tools, educational materials, proprietary processes, branding, and other materials developed or provided by Vegha remain the intellectual property of Vegha or the applicable rights holder.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Vegha's proprietary dashboard, platform, systems, technology, or internal materials without written permission.

The ecommerce store and dropshipping business created for you as part of the Vegha program may be owned and operated by you, subject to applicable third party rights, platform requirements, and outstanding financial obligations.

You may sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your ecommerce store and associated dropshipping business. However, if you have an outstanding Vegha advertising loan, the outstanding loan must be fully cleared as part of the transfer process before ownership of the business can be transferred, unless Vegha provides written approval for another arrangement.

The sale or transfer of your store or business does not automatically transfer, cancel, reduce, or eliminate any outstanding advertising loan or other financial obligation owed to Vegha.

21. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Vegha's services to:

• Engage in unlawful activity.
• Defraud customers or other parties.
• Sell illegal or prohibited products.
• Misrepresent products or services.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Violate advertising platform policies.
• Provide false information.
• Manipulate or abuse Vegha's funding system.
• Use advertising funding for unauthorized purposes.

22. Suspension and Termination

Vegha may suspend or terminate access to its services if you violate these Terms, misuse advertising funding, provide false information, engage in unlawful activity, or otherwise create a material risk to Vegha, its partners, or other customers.

Termination of access to Vegha services does not automatically eliminate any outstanding payment or advertising loan obligations.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vegha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Vegha is not responsible for losses resulting from advertising platform restrictions, third party service interruptions, market changes, product performance, customer behavior, payment processor decisions, shipping delays, fulfillment issues outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vegha, its partners, service providers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, violation of third party rights, misuse of advertising funding, or operation of your dropshipping business.

25. Changes to These Terms

Vegha may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology, funding programs, or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Vegha's services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted and governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot legally be waived.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable policies, application terms, funding agreements, and other written agreements provided by Vegha, constitute the agreement governing your use of our services.

Where a separate written advertising funding agreement applies, the terms of that agreement will govern the specific funding arrangement if there is a conflict with these general Terms.
